SHEET CAKES
Sheet cakes are 2" high of any flavor, frosted with vanilla/almond buttercream and decorated with a rosebud or simple design on each piece.
Available in 9"x13" (serves 24), 11" x 15" (serves 35) or 12" x 18" (serves 45). Each serving measures about 2-1/4" x 2-1/4".
DESSERT WEDDING CAKES
Several of the wedding cake designs lend themselves well to dessert cake styles. Yes, you can have your entire wedding done in tiers of chocolate desserts if that's what you desire! The inside of the cakes can also be torted and filled with a variety of flavored creams and fillings while keeping the outside of the cake looking like a standard wedding cake.
MINTS
Wedding guests love cream cheese mints as they only usually encounter them at special reception events. Figure on two mints or candies per person. Rosebuds and leaves are the showiest of shapes in mints.
